Description

The effective absorption peak of BPO is between 350 ~ 400 nm, and the absorption peak is about 390 nm. The absorption peak is longer than that of the conventional initiator. Two free radicals, benzoyl and phosphatidyl, were formed after irradiation, which initiated the photopolymerization reaction. Therefore, BPO has the advantages of fast curing speed and good photobleaching effect. It has low volatility, suitable for white system and black system applications. Widely used in uv-curable coatings, inks, uv-curable adhesives, optical fiber coatings, photoresist, photopolymer plates, three-dimensional photolithography resin, composite coatings.
