Component Benzoylformate mixture Absorption peak 255nm 325nm
Molecular formula C20H18O7 Molecular mass 370.35
Appearance: Slightly yellow liquid Purity ≥99%

Description

The effective absorption peak of 754 is 260,340 nm, which belongs to short-wave photoinitiator. Amine auxiliaries can be used to

assist the production of free radicals, which initiate the photopolymerization reaction. Therefore, 754 has good resistance to

yellowing. Widely used in UV-curable coatings, UV-curable adhesives, etc. , 754 is a widely used, high-efficiency photoinitiator,

can be used in water systems. Used as a clear varnish on wood and plastic surfaces. It can be used in optical films and can be

used in traditional UV curing formulations, especially in areas requiring low odor, low heat release, and low yellowing.

Product Parameters
Absorption Peak:260nm, 340nm

Film thickness 5-20μm: 2-4 %

Film thickness 20μm: 1-3%

Users are advised to determine the optimum dosage by experiment before use.

754 is the most commonly used photoinitiator, with low exothermic, yellowing and other advantages. It can also be mixed with

TPO, 819.
